Taking yourself physically to another environment is one of the most effective ways to refresh and rejuvenate your spirit.
It doesn’t matter how far away you go; that’s not the point.
The point is to find the newness within yourself as you react to a place you’ve never been before.
The new stimulations in an unfamiliar environment will freshen your mind and broaden your perspective.

If you have no outdoor space, plant a herb garden in your kitchen or plant pots of flowers to bring the outside into your home.
