Awesome and timely article Bhaswati.
However, I’ve a few questions about the same.
1. Does smartphone bluelight affects male and female skin similarly?
2. I use my smartphones for hours to read e-books. Can “Reading Mode” help me to minimize the bad effects of the smartphone bluelight?
I’ll be really grateful if you kindly find out a few minutes of your precious time to answer me.
Our eyes have a protein named melanopsin. it reacts to the intensity of smart phone’s light. The night mode or reading mode adjusts the color of the screen to reduce brightness and prevent our eyes from the adverse effect
wow..I wasn’t aware that our skin can be affected because of the blue light. You are right, unnecessary phone usage has to be the minimum we can do. I didn’t know Tea can help this issue to some extent.:) Its a good news for tea lovers.
