Face Press :
Press overall face gently with fingers.

Head Roll :
Roll your head slowly clockwise and anti-clockwise.
It will relax the neck and throat area as well as tone your facial muscles.
Repeat for 5 and 5 for each side.
Do it 2- 3 times a day.
Head Tilt :
You can do this exercise while seating.
Tilt your head to the left and look forward.
Put your left hand on the right side of your head and very gently pull your head to the left.
Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and give little pressure for increasing stretch.
Remember this pressure should be gentle.
Repeat the same method to the other side.
